Prateek Anand

I am pursuing a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. My work also spans the intersection of Data Science Computing and Computational Systems Biology.

My research interests are in developing novel AI/ML computational methods. I am invested in deep learning, traditional machine learning, and statistical approaches that are scalable and interpretable. Recently, I have been focused on deep generative models for genetic variation data. I am also exploring deep learning approaches for rare feature imputation.
